WELCOME, from all of us at UGAME. Below is a quick quide that will help you navigate your way around the UGAME site. This page will disappear after your first session on the site but if you ever need to look at it again, you can find the guide in the footer at the bottom of any page. Its called 'UGAME Guide'.
Main Navigation Tabs
The easiest way to get around the site is to use
the MAIN TABS, which you can see in the image. Each of these tabs have been designed
to make it easy for users to FIND content, MAKE friends, or CREATE new
content or associations.
The FRONTPAGE is an overview of all of UGAME's content. You will find summaries of all the major sections as well as images for new users and sections for other interesting content. Use the other main tabs to browse through USERS, TEAMS, GROUPS, GALLERIES, or BLOGS with quick links on each page allowing you to search and contribute in that section.
User Panel
There are three main sections of the USER PANEL (shown above), which features on every page. The first section contains the quick links to either your HOME PAGE or to LOGOUT and are displayed as blue icons on either end of the bar (the house for MY HOME on the left side and a man running for LOGOUT on the right side).
On the left side of the bar you will find the 'JUMP TO' input box, which allows you to quickly jump to a friend or an association you are a part of.
On the right side you will find the DROP DOWNS, these give you quick access to the following: your profile page, your content manager, your messages & notifications and finally the profile editor. In each drop down you can edit information and add new content, allowing you to share things about yourself with your friends.
Sub Navigation
As you browse through UGAME you will often have access to a SUB NAVIGATION panel on the left hand side of the page (see the picture). This panel is specific to the section that you are looking at and allows you to navigate through it. The options in the panel will change whether you are looking at someone profile, a team or a group and each has different information for you to look at.
In the case of a user, you will be able to see a complete list of their friends, galleries, achievements, blogs and their board by browsing through their sub navigation menu.
