Thread: Keyboard
lynch # 1 lynch I'm currently using a keyboard which I got with my first PC (Standard DELL keyboard) and it's starting to suffer largely from a bit of wear and tear and I was wondering if you could give any suggestions for new keyboards.

Would also be helpful if you could specify any 'special' features of the keyboard.

    Thanks in advance.
Paradox # 2 Paradox Theres the zboard that is very good keyboard and very comfy too and the tarantula seems really good too and comfy, have multimedia keys, have the battledock where u can attach some extra's like the battlelight(u need to buy it extra).and have about 8-10(not sure) removable keys. I dont recomend the Lycosa at all i already change it once because it was faulty and guess what this one is faulty too the touch panel sometimes dont work :/ now i'm gonna change it with a tarantula.
    Augury # 3 Augury Cheap - BenQ i100
    Expensive - Steelseries 6G or 7G
KrissyK # 4 KrissyK I was using the Saitek Eclipse II which was a really nice keyboard IMO. Around £25-30 - Was nice to type with, simple usage and had three different colours for back lighting. I'm using a Razer Lycosa these days because I'm a sucker for Razer peripherals in general. The keys are really soft and the back lighting is a lot brighter than reviews have said (I touch type mind so I don't have a problem looking for keys). It has more features than the Saitek but obviously it's a lot more money, something like £60.
dekkytsh # 5 dekkytsh G15 or Saitek Eclipse II.
Augury # 6 Augury BenQ i100 is better than the saitek, which I find doesn't hold up well to time and the lycosa/tarantula are nice keyboards if you like the feel of laptop keyboards, as they seem to be a hybrid between a standard and a laptop keyboard
LoveDuckie # 7 LoveDuckie I'm with KrissyK, i'd go for the Saitek Eclipse II.

The pretty little lights are bound to get your some rep at lans and on top of that the spacebar is nice nad big and perfect for FPS'

G15 (last gen) could be worth a look too!
