Well you compare your financial plan to one from a soccer/football club. I think its a good choice, but not realistic. Because football has been around for so long, people know eachother a lot better and know a lot better what they will be supporting then in mygamingteam. Also I think being able to get more then 1 lets say % of the team should be possible, because of course 6000 even more people will be interested, but I doubt all of them or even 1/2 will sign up. Because who is going to pay someone they dont know, never met and almost know nothing about. Another thing is 6k people are a lot of votes, you whould have to put a date limit on voting for certein stuff and with that certein people will feel left out, not being treated fairly I think. Like if someone went on vacation and misses out and some big stuff gets changed. But besides my critizm I think it is a really interesting idea and I think ill pay my 25 a year. Also maybe a suggestion you have probably already thought about this, maybe let various share holders run a campaign within the organisation, share holders vote ie someone gets more 'power' in the organisation. If I think of more things ill tell them for sure and I will keep following your project closely, good luck and don't forget to enjoy it ;).
